Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a natural, drug-less path towards pain-free and healthy living. Chiropractors find nerve interference in the spine known as subluxations. They make adjustments to relieve nerve pressure and restore health. This also helps diminish pain and discomfort.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a health science which dates back to between 5,000 and 7,000 years. It is used to treat both pain and dysfunction in the body. Early Chinese health practitioners found an energy network that traverses just below the surface of the skin that connects to most organs, organ systems, body structure and joints at over 1,000 acupoints on the body. Some conditions require the sedation of energy at particular points while other conditions require an increase in energy to restore proper function. Acupuncture can be performed with one use sterile .25 gauge stainless steel needles, electronic stimulation or laser. We use Electro Meridian Imaging (EMI) for acupuncture diagnosis.

Spinal Decompression Traction

Spinal Decompression Traction can help eliminate pain from damaged or degenerative discs and pinched nerves. Our Decompression Traction System (DTS) is programmed to deliver a gentle force, followed by gentle release to the spinal vertebra. This stretching and relaxing of the spine promotes nutrition intakes into the discs, something often lost in damaged and degenerative disc conditions. Spinal Decompression Traction also increases blood flow that helps the disc heal from the inside out. Also, the dramatic decrease of pressure in the disc can foster the drawing in of a bulge and take pressure off a "pinched" spinal nerve. Each treatment is less than 18 minutes. Most patients report simply feeling subtle and gentle stretching. They will feel this at the target area which can be the next or their low back/around their hips. Since DTS Therapy is a comfort based procedure, patients usually report a sense of relief and relaxation during the session.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues and consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body. Massage therapy is known to affect the circulation of blood and the flow of blood and lymph, reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and enhance tissue healing. People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness.

Our Massage Therapists are all licensed and provide massage services such as Deep Tissue and Swedish; working with trigger points throughout the body. They are available Monday-Saturday with scheduled appointments only.
